Job summary

Twenty20 Systems in Bengaluru (Hybrid) seeks a seasoned Solution Architect – Integration to bridge business and technology, leading enterprise integration programs and owning end-to-end solutions from pre-sales conversations to delivery execution.

You will design API-led, event-driven, and iPaaS-based architectures, mentor teams, and drive governance and reusable accelerators while collaborating with sales and customers to ensure scalable integration solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong integration architecture expertise with client-facing consulting, solutioning, and delivery leadership. You will play a key role in shaping client solutions, driving technical discussions, building scalable architectures, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise integration programs. This is a role for someone who enjoys owning the solution end-to-end — from pre-sales conversations to delivery execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead solution architecture and technical consulting for enterprise integration opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, customers, and internal teams to understand requirements and design scalable integration solutions.
• Drive pre-sales activities including solutioning, technical proposals, architecture diagrams, effort estimation, and client presentations.
• Design and review API-led, event-driven, and iPaaS-based integration architectures across enterprise applications.
• Support delivery teams in ensuring architecture alignment, best practices, and successful implementation.
• Provide technical leadership across integration design, troubleshooting, governance, and production support.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to solve business challenges through integration-led digital transformation.
• Mentor engineering teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.

• Start leading client solution discussions and pre-sales technical conversations.
• Support ongoing delivery programs with architecture guidance and solution oversight.
• Build strong alignment across sales, product, engineering, and customer teams.
