Hempel Paints Kuwait Company W.L.L. is seeking a Solution Architect Finance for D365 F&O to drive scalable, secure, compliant finance solutions aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture across the platform.

You will lead architecture for GL, AP, AR, FA, and related modules, mentor cross‑functional teams, and deliver end‑to‑end ERP programs using X++, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX (2012/2009) in architecture, lead solutions design, or senior technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and evolve the architectural landscape for finance modules.
• Act as a finance architect on projects, guiding cross‑functional teams worldwide.
• Design and optimize D365 F&O solutions across customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation using X++, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot.
• Lead full‑cycle ERP delivery, including LCS management, RSAT automation, data migration, UAT, Go‑live, and hyper‑care.
• Ensure environment stability through DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and compliance.
• Drive cloud, data, and AI innovation, advancing integrations, automation, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot capabilities.
• Mentor and resolve complex issues, influencing continuous improvement initiatives.

Solution Architect Finance – D365 Finance & Operations (F&O)

The Solution Architect Finance ensures that Finance solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and fully aligned with business strategy and enterprise architecture across the D365 F&O platform and its related applications, integrations, and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and evolve the architectural landscape for finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Management, PMA).
• Act as a finance architect on projects, changes, and rollouts, guiding and mentoring cross‑functional teams worldwide.
• Design and optimize D365 F&O solutions across customizations, integrations, reporting, and automation using X++, Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot.
• Lead full‑cycle ERP delivery, including LCS management, RSAT automation, data migration, UAT, Go‑live, and hyper‑care.
• Ensure environment stability through effective DevOps, deployments, performance tuning, and compliance.
• Drive cloud, data, and AI innovation, advancing integrations, automation, Power Platform, and D365 Copilot capabilities across the enterprise.
• Mentor and resolve complex issues, influencing continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX (2012/2009) in architecture, lead solutions design, or senior technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Management, PMA) and manufacturing, inventory, and master planning modules.
• Experience leading large D365 F&O programs involving multi‑entity rollouts, complex integrations, and high transaction volumes.
• Experience customizing Copilot or building AI‑driven solutions with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with large‑scale D365 migrations or upgrades and other finance applications (e.g., Vertex/edicom, exflow, Avalara).
• Strong skills in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and extension frameworks.
• Functional background in finance, enterprise process improvement, and experience leading UAT, hyper‑care, and environment management.
