o9 Solutions seeks a Solution Architect Demand Planning to lead end-to-end design and deployment of our AI-powered planning platform. You will map business needs into the o9 blueprint, coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive data dependencies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience implementing supply chain planning apps.
• Master’s Degree in OR, Math, Engineering, CS, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with agile enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Job Title – Solution Architect Demand Planning

What you’ll do for us

Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to deployment of o9’s solutions to customers across industries and geographies. Effectively map the business requirements into o9’s platform and come up with a clear, phased achievable blueprint. Lead the blueprinting sessions and publish the business requirements along with key design decisions and data dependencies. Work with a team of experts to configure, solution as per the design to solve deep operations / supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring process. Work with the customer to resolve issues and coordinate defect tracking, analysis and resolution process. Diligently help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams. Support customer demonstrations. Be a mentor and guide to junior members.

What you’ll have

• Experience: 7+ years of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a MUST.
• Education: Master’s Degree. Degrees in the following fields: Operations Research, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields (including Supply Chain Engineering)
• Skills: Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R,SAS, CPLEX or similar is desirable. Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Distribution Planning, Master Planning and S&OP. Knowledge and training in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is desirable. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation. Experience in a planning solution deployment w.r.t to business requirement determination, solution and process design decisions, best practices prescription and value delivery. Experience using agile methodology to deliver large scale enterprise implementations. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, distributed across locations and time zones.
