Job summary

Yash Technologies is seeking a senior Celonis expert to drive global Celonis implementations from discovery to value realization. The role requires hands-on experience with Celonis EMS, Process Sphere, and Cloud, plus extensive integration with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, and Workday.

You will optimize data models, processes, and performance using PQL/SQL, leading cross-functional teams and ensuring best practices in governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years hands-on Celonis experience.
• Led 35 end-to-end Celonis implementations from discovery through value realization.
• Hands-on with Celonis EMS, Process Sphere, and Celonis Cloud, including migrations.
• Deep expertise across Celonis platform: Data Integration, Data Jobs, Data Models, and more.
• Strong understanding of Celonis architecture, security, governance, and best practices.
• Hands-on integration with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and custom apps.
• Experience integrating Celonis with Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, AWS Redshift.
• Proficient in PQL, SQL, ETL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of in-memory columnar engine and OLAP processing for performance.
• Knowledge of P2P, O2C, R2R, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, AP/AR.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement; client-facing consulting, stakeholder mgmt, RFP support.
• Experience with multi-region and global Celonis rollouts.

Deep expertise across the complete Celonis platform: Data Integration, Data Jobs, Data Models, Process Intelligence Graph, Knowledge Models, Studio, Business Miner, Process Analytics, Action Flows, Process Copilot, and AI-powered Insights.

Strong understanding of Celonis architecture, security, governance, and best practices.

Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and custom applications.

Experience integrating Celonis with cloud data platforms such asSnowflake, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, and AWS Redshift.

Strong proficiency in PQL (Process Query Language), SQL, ETL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
