Overview

Delaplex is currently seeking a Solution Architect who acts as a member of on-site/remote project teams. Uses in-depth knowledge of customer business and processes to design and implement Blue Yonder solutions on medium to large supply chain transformation programs. Understands how the BY solutions can support the customer business.

As a Solution Architect You Will Be

• Leading implementation of Blue Yonder Catman products, including ownership of end-to-end solution design for category and assortment management for Retail industry customers.
• Working with customer business and IT teams during all project phases.
• Providing leadership to functional team during implementation cycle.
• Serving as a functional and industry expert and participating in key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users.
• Working closely with Product Management Department regarding specific trends for future product functionality/enhancements.
• Providing mentorship to junior associates within the Delaplex organization.
• Working with the pre-sales team to assess workload on a given project and recommend roles.

Knowledge And Skills We Are Looking For

• +6 years of industry experience in Supply Chain/Retail industry (e.g. Softline, Grocery, Wholesale, FMCG, CPG, etc.) or relevant Blue Yonder/JDA/Symphony Retail product experience.
• Great understanding of the overall retail processes (space management, assortment, enterprise planning, etc).
• Experience in implementation of retail space & assortment management solutions (also as part of business side of project team).
• Ability to turn client requirements into a business solution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience in using, implementing, or supporting modern Supply Chain applications for space and assortment management.
