Job summary

Capgemini India seeks a Solution Architect for Camstar / Critical Manufacturing MES to lead MES implementations, upgrades, and support across high-speed manufacturing environments. You will gather business requirements, design scalable MES solutions, and configure MES modules including Production Management, Quality, and Traceability, while integrating with ERP and PLM systems.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar MES and/or Critical Manufacturing MES, deep knowledge

• Configure and customize MES functionalities including Production Management, Quality, Genealogy & Traceability, Workflow, SPC, and Electronic Work Instructions.
• Integrate MES with SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, PLM systems, Automation Systems, SCADA, PLCs, and Historians.

Your Profile

• Lead MES implementation, upgrade, and support projects using Siemens Camstar MES and/or Critical Manufacturing MES.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MES solutions for high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Configure and customize MES functionalities including Production Management, Quality, Genealogy & Traceability, Workflow, SPC, and Electronic Work Instructions.
• Integrate MES with SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, PLM systems, Automation Systems, SCADA, PLCs, and Historians.

Your Role

• 9-15years of experience in Manufacturing IT and MES implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar MES and/or Critical Manufacturing MES.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in MES configuration, customization, deployment, and support.
• Strong expertise in MES integrations with ERP, PLM, automation systems, and shop-floor applications.
