Job summary

Fractal Analytics Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a senior software architect to own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR Agentic Bot, integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries on Azure.

You will design Azure-native infrastructure, define integration patterns, ensure latency and scalability, and guide cross-functional teams on best practices. This role requires 10+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years as architect, and is Bangalore-hybrid.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with strong architectural experience.
• 4+ years as a solution or application architect.
• Hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience, not just advisory.
• Experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale.
• Exposure to GenAI / agentic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect Azure-native infrastructure for agentic workloads.
• Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP/HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven).
• Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scale.
• Guide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy.
• Lead sprint-0 architecture workshops; own technical sign-offs.
