Job summary

Fractal Analytics Private Limited is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture for a LangGraph-based HR Agentic Bot, integrating ERP and HR systems across countries on Azure.

Architect Azure-native infrastructure (Functions, AKS, App Service, APIM) and define integration patterns (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven) while ensuring latency, scalability and fault tolerance. Lead sprint-0 workshops and set technical sign-offs. Bangalore-based; 2-3 days a week in office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, with 4+ years in solution/application architecture.
• Hands-on Azure cloud architecture experience, not just advisory.
• Experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scale.
• Exposure to GenAI / agentic systems is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR Agentic Bot — integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries on Azure.

What You'll do

• Architect Azure-native infrastructure (Azure Functions, AKS, App Service, APIM) for agentic workloads
• Define integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven)
• Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scale
• Guide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategy
• Lead sprint-0 architecture workshops; own technical sign-offs
