Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Solution Architecture, Consulting, or Pre-Sales roles.
• Strong experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, and Customer Engagements.
• Proven customer-facing experience with executive stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Project Delivery and Solution Architecture.
• Strong Data Engineering experience across modern data platforms.
• Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and leadership communication skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting (Core Focus) Lead customer discovery sessions, requirement gathering workshops, and solution discussions.
• Work closely with Sales and Account teams to define winning solution strategies.
• Develop proposals, solution architectures, effort estimations, and statements of work.
• Deliver compelling solution presentations, demos, and technical workshops to customers.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and participate in customer bid processes.

Customer-Facing Leadership & Communication (Core Focus)

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Demonstrate strong leadership communication while engaging with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Influence strategic data transformation initiatives and guide customers on best practices.

Solution Architecture & Project Delivery

• Design and govern end-to-end data platform architectures.
• Lead project delivery teams and provide technical guidance throughout implementation.
