Job summary

Wilco Source in Pune is seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Machine Learning) to lead the design and deployment of ML-driven solutions in healthcare analytics.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a strong background in ML, data engineering, and MLOps, and hands-on expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to build scalable training and inference pipelines, ensure model monitoring, and deliver GenAI-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ML/AI architecture and solution design.
• Experience in data engineering, pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Strong hands-on with ML tooling and MLOps.
• Knowledge of healthcare data standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build GenAI/LLM-based applications, RAG solutions, and NLP workflows.
• Design scalable training and inference pipelines.
