vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Solution Architect to design solutions which are best in class and tailored to needs of the business. Expected to work closely with business and product managers for alignment around product goals and requirement feasibility. The role requires technical leadership, expertise in cloud and latest technologies and understanding of existing solutions and data.

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze the business requirements.
Design and implementation of the overall application architecture.
Design and manage the integration of systems, data and technical documentation
Ensure the design is built for speed and scalability.
Conduct and participate in meetings with various levels of users and management
Run feasibility/POCs to decide technical direction
Create high level estimate for the release to understand the size of the project
Choose the appropriate technologies, platforms, and frameworks that align with the organization's technology stack and business needs
Conduct review of the low-level design to ensure the correctness of the design
Ensure overall design and code quality of the product through reviews and tech debts
Follow and contribute to best practices both in terms of technology and process
Provide technical guidance to development team during the implementation phase
Coaching and mentoring team members and direct reports
Research emerging technologies and maintain awareness of current platform roadmaps to assist with developing strategic plans

Skills

10+ years of industry experience and skilled in below,

Experience with Architectural pattens like microservices, pub-sub, event driven etc.
Expertise in designing and developing applications using cloud platforms
Strong knowledge of Software development and system integration
Understanding and working knowledge of authentication, authorization and other security principals
Experience of Database design and data modeling techniques etc.
Expertise with design patterns, OOPs and Solid principals etc.
Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of Agile frameworks and Tools
Backend programming language & frameworks specifically C#, ASP .NET Core, Node.js
Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree with specialization in Computer Science or related field
