Job summary

Endava in Maharashtra, India seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive BRD/CRD lifecycle, coordinate requirements workshops, and ensure alignment with product roadmaps. You will engage with Product Managers and Owners to clarify customer needs and guide cross-functional teams through gap analysis and design reviews.

With 10+ years of experience, you will monitor deliverables, support defect prioritization, and ensure smooth sign-off with customers, contributing to impactful digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• BRD analysis and CRD management expertise.
• Experience running requirements workshops and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering.
• GPP experience is a plus and roadmap coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track deliverables (BRD review, CRD delivery)
• Analyze BRD, manage requirements workshops, participate in requirement walkthrough
• Communicate with Product Managers and Owners about customer requirements
• Conduct gap analysis—finalize gaps scope and classifications with product, coordinate with PM
• Understand business and system setup needs; conduct solution & design analysis and CRD review
• Monitor CRD creation activities (coverage, timelines) and sign off with the customer
• Support defects prioritization
