Job summary

Honeybee Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a senior Lead Solution Architect – SAP HCM to drive SAP HCM architecture, design and integrations across multiple projects.

You will own the SAP HCM solution and provide technical leadership to and coordinate with functional leads and technical teams. The role demands strong communication, risk management and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of delivering complex SAP HCM solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Responsibilities

Strong foundation in SAP HCM Architecture and Integrations

Take complete ownership of the SAP HCM solution, driving solution design activities, architecture, and deliverables with supporting technical leads.

Act as the primary point of liaison with other projects and their technical leads to coordinate and align solution architecture/design for interactions with SAP HCM.

Provide technical leadership for the technical stream.

Identify, assess, and manage solution risks and technical issues.

Support the achievement of agreed project outputs, deliverables, and milestones.

Coordinate with functional leads and identify/support the functional analysis required to support solution design.

Support project planning, estimation, and technical effort assessment.

Act as a key member of the core leadership team for SAP HCM initiatives.
