Job summary

Metaphor Infotech Mumbai is seeking an Audit Solutions Architect to lead project delivery within the Audit technology portfolio. You will work with technical SMEs to produce engineering docs and ensure the solution aligns with business expectations and the technology roadmap.

The role requires strong Azure deployment experience and deep MS tech knowledge, including Power BI, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online, with emphasis on security, scalability, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in architecture design and delivery oversight.
• Ability to deploy services within Azure and manage governance.
• Experience with MS technologies (Windows Server, SQL, AD, DNS, File Services).
• Understanding of security, cost considerations and continual improvement in cloud deployments.
• Desirable certifications AZ-104/400, AZ-303/304/305, TOGAF.

Responsibilities

• Produce architecture artefacts across Conceptual, Logical, and Technical levels.

The Audit Solutions Architect will take responsibility for the delivery of assigned projects as part of the Audit technology portfolio of work.They will work with technical SMEs to guide the production of appropriate engineering level documentation and to support delivery and are accountable for ensuring the Solution will be in line with business expectations and fit within the overall technology roadmap.

M365 Technologies such as Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online is mandate for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and deployment of Azure solutions, working closely with development / project teams. Ensure that the architecture is implemented correctly and provide technical oversight throughout the process.
• Supporting other team members in their dialogue with the business to Input into the creation of business cases and budgetary forecasts to project estimates as required.
• Produce and govern Conceptual, Logical, and Technical Architecture artefacts, Ensuring solutions meet business capability mapping, scalability, and security requirements
• Active participation and leadership across firm-wide governance forums
• Define API strategies, integration patterns and architectural standards to support interoperability across the technology landscape.
• Shape solution options that meet business needs while aligning with architecture principles, delivery constraints and technology standards

Qualifications

What will you need to do?

A passion for Architecture, with at least 2 years experience operating in a design capacity.
Ability to identify opportunities for technical efficiency and implement within agreed solutions
Demonstrable experience of deploying services within Azure
Significant experience working with MS technologies (Windows server, SQL, AD, DNS, File Services, Clustering, )
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure-as-code, PowerShell and DevOps principles
Demonstrable awareness of systems thinking (considering all aspects of a solution when deploying, such as security and cost considerations with a view to continual improvement)
M365 Technologies such as Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint Online
Azure Technologies such as Azure AD, Azure App Gateway, Azure SQL, Azure VMs etc
Networking technologies in both on-prem and cloud contexts
Identity Management
Overall Microsoft toolsets/technologies
Design and assure integration patterns between enterprise systems and the data platform

Skills wed love to see/Amazing Extras:
Minimum 5 years in engineering roles, with solution design experience and a willingness to develop this further
Experienced in a wide base of technologies
