Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Solution Analyst - Data and Analytics to design and implement BI solutions for enterprise reporting. You will gather requirements, evaluate BI tools, and build data models under senior guidance, while ensuring data governance and security. ETL processes and performance tuning are core aspects of the role.

The position focuses on cutting-edge AI-driven analytics, with collaboration across stakeholders and a strong emphasis on data integrity and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, CS or statistics; Master’s in data science is a plus.
• Experience in designing and implementing BI solutions and data models.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy and SAP BI.
• Strong data governance, ETL concepts and data security awareness.

• Support design and implementation of BI solutions for reporting and analytics needs.
• Gather and document business requirements for BI and data initiatives.
• Evaluate BI tools and technologies for solution development.
• Build data models and data architecture under guidance of senior architects.
