Job description

A Solid-works Engineer shall be responsible to work on Engineering Projects and carry out drafting, modelling, and detail engineering. The position shall report to Deputy Manager – Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing 3D model for parts, pipe routing & support using solid works software.
• Preparing 2D detail drawings for machined components, assembly drawing.
• Create Drawings and issued it in PDM [Product Data Management].
• Create BOM in SAP with part coding system.
• Compliance to Armstrong Quality standards.

Key Requirements

• Should have clear understating on how to prepare detail drawings for manufacturing drawing, customer drawings & special process drawings.
• Proficient in using solid works tools to deliver drawing with short turnaround time.
• Bare minimum knowledge on Piping material and reference standards for flanges, fitting, and valves.
• Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years.
