Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems (both rooftop and ground-mounted).
  • Wire solar panels, inverters, and other system components per design specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions or performance issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks.
  • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and clients for on-site tasks.
  • Complete system testing and assist in commissioning solar installations.
  • Accurately document work performed, system data, and issues resolved.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in solar PV installation or electrical work (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
  • Knowledge of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries, racking systems).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
