ENGIE Energy and Services India Private Limited in Pune invites an experienced Solar Performance Analysis expert to maximize the output of solar assets. You will apply field tests, energy yield assessments, and advanced analytics to drive site performance.

The ideal candidate has an electrical engineering degree and 8–10 years in solar or wind, with PVSYST, Python, and BI tools, plus experience with remote monitoring and international projects.

Qualificações

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in renewable energy, solar and wind.
• Hands-on experience with PVSYST, Python, and analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct and validate advanced field tests including drone thermography, IV curve tracing, EL tests, flash tests, and power quality analysis.
• Prepare energy yield assessments, PR analysis, and loss quantification to drive site-level improvements.
• Lead the automation of performance reports and KPIs across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze 100% of the plant portfolio remotely using advanced analytics platforms.
• Develop and improve monitoring applications, SOPs, and digital tools for performance tracking.
• Benchmark maintenance performance against OEMs and service providers on technical grounds.
• Contribute to technical papers, design of experiments, and patent applications in solar performance.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct and validate advanced field tests, including drone thermography, IV curve tracing, EL tests, flash tests, and power quality analysis.
• Prepare energy yield assessments, PR analysis, and loss quantification to drive site-level improvements.
• Lead the automation of performance reports and KPIs across the organization.
• Monitor and analyze 100% of the plant portfolio remotely using advanced analytics platforms.
• Develop and improve monitoring applications, SOPs, and digital tools for performance tracking.

What You Bring

• A degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech).
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in renewable energy, covering solar and wind domains.
• Hands-on expertise in PVSYST, Python, and advanced analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV technologies, remote monitoring platforms, and field testing methodologies.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Reengineering principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to diverse audiences.
• Exposure to geographically distributed teams and international project environments is a plus.
