Responsibilities –

1. Training Delivery:

• Curriculum Instruction: Deliver comprehensive training on the components, installation, and maintenance of solar LED lighting systems. This includes teaching the fundamentals of solar energy, LED technology, and system integration.
• Theoretical and Practical Lessons: Provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that candidates understand the working principles and application of solar LED systems.

2. Hands-On Training:

• Practical Sessions: Conduct hands-on training sessions where candidates learn to install, configure, and maintain solar LED systems. This includes working with solar panels, batteries, charge controllers, and LED lights.
• Real-World Scenarios: Simulate real-world scenarios to help candidates gain experience in troubleshooting common issues and performing routine maintenance.

3. Safety and Compliance:

• Safety Protocols: Emphasize the importance of safety during installation and maintenance, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that training aligns with industry standards and PMKVY guidelines, including environmental and electrical safety regulations.

4. Candidate Assessment:

• Evaluations: Assess candidates through practical exams, written tests, and project work to evaluate their proficiency in installing and maintaining solar LED systems.
• Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to help candidates improve their skills and address any areas of weakness.

5. Curriculum Development:
