Recruit candidates (Hire the right employees).

Hiring will be mainly in Sales and IT Development fields.

Need to find out the gaps and maintain the resource buffer.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and posting ads.

Able to close the position within given deadlines.

Able to build leads with colleges and consultancies if needed regarding recruitment plans.
