Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
2. Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability problems.
3. Automation Testing: Assist in the development and execution of automated tests.
4. Bug Reporting: Document and report defects, performance issues, and other concerns using bug tracking tools.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
6. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing procedures.
8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and tools.
9. Compliance: Ensure testing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
10. Support: Provide support during user acceptance testing and post-release validation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
