Job summary

Infolog Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Tester to join our Bengaluru team. You will create and execute test cases based on project requirements, log defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality across the SDLC.

You should have a bachelor's degree in CS/IT and strong knowledge of testing methodologies. Familiarity with Selenium/JMeter and programming basics in Java or .NET/C# is a plus. This role emphasizes teamwork and clear communication for effective results.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on project requirements
• You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches to development teams.
• Collaborate with Tech team to develop effective strategies and test plans Execute test cases (manual) and analyze results.
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Setting an automated testing environment
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Ensure that our products,applications and systems work correctly
• Identify,document, and report defects and issues in a clear and concise manner
• Work closely with developers to resolve defects and issues found during testing
• Participate in review meetings and provide feedback on requirements and design documents.
• Ensure that all software products meet or exceed quality standards

Skills & Education : -

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Familiarity with software testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Dot Net, or C# is a plus.
