Job Summary

We are looking fora detail-oriented and skilled Software Test Automation Engineer with 3 years ofexperience in Python-based test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate willbe responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testsolutions to ensure high software quality.

KeyResponsibilities

Automation Testing

• Design, develop,and maintain automation frameworks using Python.
• Create and execute automated test scripts.
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.

Test Design &Execution

• Analysefunctional and technical requirements to create test designs and test cases.
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, sanity, smoke) when required.
• Execute test cases and identify, document, and track defects using tools likeJIRA.
• Participate inAgile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Provide timely status updates and test reports

Quality AssuranceBest Practices

• Implement andfollow QA processes, standards, and methodologies
• Ensure high quality, performance, and reliability of applications
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and recommend improvements

Required TechnicalSkills

Programming &Automation
