The role focuses on quality checks for mission-critical enterprise applications, spanning manual and automation testing across backend and UI, and API integrations.
You will craft test plans, execute tests, and coordinate with developers, product managers, and other QA members to ensure robust quality and risk mitigation.

The Community Association Banking Technology is a Specialized Business Line Focused on Supporting Property Management Companies, Homeowners Associations, Commercial Property Managers, and Apartment Complex Managers. Servicing 1350+ Property Management Companies, Over 40,000+ HOA’s , 250 HOA’s managed directly by FCB. The Community Association Banking Technology team is growing and seeking a Software Test Engineer II to join us.. Responsible for performing independent quality checks and developing methods of measuring the quality and performance of the functional testing processes, supporting payment origination applications and API integrate. Responsible for understanding the workload and ensuring proper coverage to complete assigned work across team. Coordinates testing and evaluation activities that identify issues, trends and gaps in existing programs. Provides and independent assessment of the programs, policies and procedures tested and provides feedback to management. Works with the testing lead to create the test plan and strategy, including defining testing scope and identifying test data needs. Updates testing metrics on a daily basis and provides results to the Quality Assurance (QA) Lead. May be responsible for leading defect or other testing meetings if the test lead is unavailable.
Independent Testing & Validation - Writes test cases based on requirements and user stories provided and performs manual testing as needed. Creates testing plans and test cases and loads them into the appropriate tools. Participates in defect meetings and overall project plan routines to present analysis on current defects as well as re-tested defects. Data Analysis - Sources, compiles and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiency, and effectively communicates analysis output.
Reports to : Director Partners : Pod team members , Cross-functional team members. Leads: Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner, Reporting Manager.
