Job summary

Philips in Bengaluru is seeking a Software Technologist I/II-C# Full Stack to design, develop and test sub-systems and modules, aligning with requirements and delivering on time. The role emphasizes high-quality engineering and collaboration with local and global teams.

You will work with Angular 2+, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Node.js and .NET; contribute to microservices and relational databases, and participate in Agile processes in an office-based environment three days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering/computer science.
• 5–8 years of Web development experience with Angular 2 and above.
• Experience with HTML/HTML5/CSS and JavaScript.
• Proven experience with Node.js.
• Proven experience with C#/.NET.
• Experience in web-based applications and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL) and SQL querying.
• Ability to work in an Agile, global team environment.
• Unix environment experience preferred.

• Proven experience on C#/.NET
• Should be experienced in web based applications and micro-services architecture.
• Experienced in Object Oriented Programming, data structures and design principles.
• Experience in relational databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), writing SQL queries, fine tuning, debugging issues and database migration is desired.
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile team oriented environment (local and global teams)
• Experience on Unix environment- advantage
