Role & responsibilities

• As a Presales Technical support will have to work closely with prospective customers as a Technical Presales Support to ascertain their needs and suggest the best AI and ML solutions from our portfolio. The success of our AL & ML Line and the accomplishment of our clients' business objectives will be greatly aided by your profound technical knowledge and excellent communication abilities. If you're prepared to take on a fresh challenge and contribute significantly to the field of data science (AI & ML).
• Collaborating with the Business Acquisition team to understand customer requirements and
• business objectives and providing technical insights and recommendations for proposed solutions.
• Coordinating and leading the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, including gathering input from technical subject matter experts and ensuring that the response is comprehensive, accurate, and compelling.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical presales or software development and maintenance, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Familiarity with RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, and experience developing responses to these types of requests.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, as well as software development life cycle
• processes and tools.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in Hadoop-related technologies are a plus.
