The Role

As the Software Reliability Engineer at Zenith, you'll be responsible for ensuring the Zenith platform operates smoothly every single day. You'll work directly with Zenith's team while representing Exactable, monitoring platform health, resolving operational issues, coordinating with developers, and making sure technology never becomes a bottleneck for the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking systematically, and taking ownership of mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor the day-to-day functioning of the Zenith platform and ensure smooth operations
• Act as the primary technical point of contact between Zenith and Exactable
• Identify, document, prioritise, and track bugs and operational issues
• Coordinate with developers to ensure timely resolution of reported issues
• Verify fixes and conduct functional testing before deployment where required
• Assist Zenith staff with platform usage, workflows, and operational queries
• Monitor operational dashboards and identify anomalies or recurring issues
• Maintain issue logs, documentation, and internal operational records
• Recommend workflow improvements and operational efficiencies
• Escalate critical issues promptly while ensuring minimal operational disruption
• Assist with onboarding and training of new platform users
• Prepare periodic operational reports and updates for both Zenith and Exactable

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows
• Understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and application reliability
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
