Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on manual and automation testing.
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge and QA best practices.
• Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, OpKey.
• Programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with test frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Mocha/Jest.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data validation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Exposure to IICS, API testing, and system integrations (SFDC, CPQ, ERP).
• Familiarity with AI tools for testing optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing: functional, regression, UI, exploratory, and cross-browser.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, SPIFF logic, and integrations.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts (UI + API).
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and improve coverage & reliability.
• Use AI tools to generate test cases, optimize scripts, and accelerate defect analysis.
• Perform data validation and integration testing across systems (SFDC, CPQ, ERP).
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and provide release sign-off with QA metrics & risks.

• 6+ years of QA experience with strong focus on Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud)
