Join Nokia’s Autonomous Networks engineering team building a next-generation Core Network Management System that helps telecom operators proactively prevent network failures and significantly reduce Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR). Our cloud-native platform ingests and processes massive-scale telemetry, performance, fault, configuration, and operational data from thousands of network functions. Leveraging Kubernetes, microservices, data lake architecture, AI/ML-driven analytics, automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA), anomaly detection, and predictive insights, the system enables real-time monitoring, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and remediation recommendations. The system is built using modern technologies including Golang, OpenShift, OpenTelemetry, React based UI, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, Kafka, and Agentic AI frameworks to build scalable, intelligent, and highly resilient telecom solutions.
