Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Package Developer to design, build, and maintain silent installation packages for Windows applications. This role sits at the intersection of Windows client engineering, software packaging, and DevOps — the ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on expertise in PowerShell-based automation, CI/CD pipeline management, and artifact/package repository governance. You will work closely with tool owners, testers, and engineering teams to ensure packages are secure, compliant, and reliably deployed across the enterprise.

• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins


• Strong working knowledge of JFrog Artifactory and NuGet feed management


• Familiarity with MSI/EXE/MSP packaging tools and Windows installer technologies

• Understanding of software governance and procurement/automation policy processes
