Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions seeks a Software Manager - Autosar to lead embedded software development in Pune. The role centers on AutoSAR, motor control, and vehicle communication interfaces, demanding deep expertise in embedded systems and automotive standards.

You will drive design, architecture, and algorithms for EV features, ECU/VCU interfaces, and DC-DC systems, while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver robust software for automotive platforms.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in automotive embedded software development.
• Must have excellent understanding of Automotive Embedded Software product development.
• Experience in AutoSAR, CAN/LIN/PWM interfaces, Microcontrollers, and interfacing systems.
• Proficiency in C, C++, MATLAB, Python; knowledge of vehicle architecture, EV features, ECU/VCU, Motor Control, BMS, Chargers, DC-DC.

Responsibilities

• Execute the design and development of embedded software using AutoSAR and Non AutoSAR frameworks.
• Design and development of algorithms for motor control and vehicle communication interfaces using CAN/LIN/PWM.
• Develop embedded software and coordinate with internal departments for existing products.
• Optimize electrical designs for efficiency and cost.
• Guide the team on embedded development, C, MATLAB, AutoSAR, Functional Safety and Cyber Security.
