Job summary

thyssenkrupp Polysius in India (Kolkata) seeks an experienced embedded AUTOSAR engineer to evolve and maintain the build environment, integrate AUTOSAR components, and configure the BSW stack according to the architectural design.

You will work with AUTOSAR standards, embedded C, and OS concepts, using debugging tools and version-control systems, with potential domestic and international travel as required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent in electronics, computer science, or related field.
• Strong AUTOSAR knowledge and BSW configuration skills.
• Proficient in embedded C programming and OS concepts.
• Experience with debugging and version-control tools.

Your responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Evolving and maintaining the build environment
• AUTOSAR model integration (integration of software components and subsystems according to the architectural design)
• Configuration and integration of AUTOSAR basic software stack
• Maintenance of code versions, version management
• Measurement and optimization of software resource-consumption
• Participation in debugging and fault analysis
• Participation in the development of the software integration process

Your profile

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of AUTOSAR standard and architecture layers (comm, diag, memory, OSEK, Crypto stacks)
• Experience in AUTOSAR BSW configuration and integration Good knowledge of at least one embedded compiler
• Excellent skills in embedded C programming. Knowledge of operating systems applied in embedded systems
• Deep knowledge of the Vector hardware and software tools (CANoe, CANape, CANdb++ and DaVinci).
• Experience in debugging tools (e.g., trace32 Lauterbach) Experience in configuration and version management tools (SVN, Git)

Good To Have

• Basic knowledge of ISO 26262
• Scripting language like python, shell, batch, perl etc
• Flashing tools (DET, E-SYS, Monaco)
• Network Testing Suits (NST)
• Networking ECU Security Test Framework (NEST)
• Virtual Target environment

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience

Education: B.E./B.Tech or Equivalent.
