Job summary

Cloudesign is seeking a Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to build modern ecommerce storefronts and AI-powered experiences. You will work on customer-facing apps using React and Astro, while collaborating with Product, UX, Backend, Data, and AI teams to deliver scalable digital commerce solutions.

You will develop end-to-end features, build reusable UI components, and ensure performance and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with Astro is an advantage.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience integrating GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging techniques.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications and LLMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features from design through deployment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to build modern ecommerce storefronts and AI-powered customer experiences. You will contribute to customer-facing applications built using modern frontend technologies while gaining exposure to next-generation AI-driven commerce solutions.

You Will Work Across Two Key Areas

• Ecommerce Storefront – Building high-performance web applications using React, Astro, and modern frontend technologies.
• AI Commerce – Contributing to AI-powered shopping experiences such as virtual assistants, personalized recommendations, and intelligent customer interactions.

Working closely with Product, UX, Backend, Data, and AI teams, you'll help deliver scalable, reliable, and engaging digital commerce experiences.

Frontend Development
