Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with Go, cloud and security focus.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (BE/BTech/MS/MCA).
• Extensive backend development in Golang for distributed systems.
• Hands-on in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong SQL experience (PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
• Deep expertise in IAM and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production.
• Proven track record delivering multi-service features and API contracts.
• Knowledge of secure SDLC and modern security architecture.
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools and fast debugging workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

We are looking for a visionary Technical Leader to architect the future of our cloud-native industrial security solution. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between industrial operations and cloud-scale security.

Your impact

• This pivotal role involves in lead, design and deployment of high-performance, scalable, and robust software solutions using the Golang, micro services, networking and cloud technologies
• Set the technical direction for development of both cloud-native/cloud-agnostic and onprem IIoT security products, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across distributed environments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Security Architecture, and Cloud Platform teams, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Drive technical rigor through design reviews, code review and code quality initiatives, while leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software functionality, performance, and integration in a timely manner.
• You grow with working in a highly collaborative, inclusive, and agile atmosphere with multi-functional teams across geographies
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, Go language updates, and best practices in cloud to continuously enhance development processes and introduce innovative solutions

Minimum Qualifications

An ideal candidate with 12+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Golang, cloud and security domains, and a degree in Computer Science (BE/BTech/MS/MCA or equivalent).

• Deep expertise in backend development using Golang, with a strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code for distributed systems.
• Extensive experience designing and operating services within public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of data storage solutions, including experience with SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and efficient query optimization.
• Deep technical expertise in implementing IAM and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proven track record of leading the design and delivery of complex, multi-service features and defining system-wide API contracts.
• Strong understanding of secure software development lifecycles and modern security architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to debug complex production issues, trace failures across microservices, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Active use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Codex) to improve debugging, test generation, and development speed.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, attention to details, able to work both independently and as a team member

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or understanding of networking and cybersecurity domains.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Proficiency in using Python or other scripting languages for operational tooling and automation.
