Job summary

HypTechie in Pune (India – Offshore) seeks an experienced SharePoint / K2 Developer to drive migration and modernization projects.

You will work hands-on with SharePoint Online, SPFx, Nintex and K2 Five, delivering secure, scalable workflows and forms while collaborating with business teams across the organization.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint development and workflow automation, with strong debugging and DevOps awareness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and workflow automation.
• Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, Nintex, and K2 Five.
• Hands-on experience with content/data migration (On-Prem to Cloud/Hybrid).
• Proficiency in C#, PowerShell, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Teams customization and Microsoft Viva Platform is desirable.
• Knowledge of automated deployment and modern DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint content and data migration from On-Premises to On-Cloud or hybrid environments.
• Develop and modernize components using SPFx.
• Migrate and enhance Nintex workflows and forms to modern SharePoint.
• Debug, test, and resolve integration issues across SharePoint and related systems.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth migration and optimal system performance.
• Design, develop, and migrate workflows and forms from Nintex 2016 to K2 Five within SharePoint environments.
• Maintain and optimize K2 workflows and forms.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
• Automate package deployments (experience in this area is an added advantage).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to modernize legacy systems.
