Job summary

BT Group is seeking a Software Engineering Professional to lead ServiceNow initiatives in Bengaluru and other India locations. The role focuses on strategic ownership, governance, and platform improvements, shaping the long-term roadmap for our enterprise ITSM/CSM capabilities.

The candidate will drive adoption of new modules, ensure secure and compliant implementation, and oversee architecture and integrations across BT's strategic stack.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of ServiceNow experience required.
• CSA certification is a must.
• Strong JavaScript/ Glide scripting skills required.
• Proficiency with UI Builder, ServiceNow GDT, Playbook, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, ITSM/CSM knowledge.
• Experience in solution development, troubleshooting and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the long-term vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform aligned with business/IT strategy.
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new ServiceNow modules/capabilities.
• Drive platform innovation to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
• Establish governance, development standards, and best practices for the platform.
• Oversee architecture, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems.
