This role involves managing incident resolution, ensuring timely recovery of failed jobs, and coordinating root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. The manager will lead efforts to optimize operational processes, drive migration of reporting solutions to a cloud-based environment and leverage Generative AI to enable automation and self-healing capabilities. Strong leadership, technical expertise in data pipelines, and experience in managing large-scale production environments are essential.
