Qualifications

• 11–13 years of relevant Data Engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of experience to manage the Data engineering teams.
• Experience with GenAI LLM development and testing.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and query optimization and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python, PySpark.
• Hands on experience with Databricks and Airflow monitoring.
• Hands on experience with AWS, MWAA, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2.
• Required Skills: GenAI, Databricks, Python, PySpark, Cloud Experience (AWS/Azure).
• Preferred Skills, Experience & Education: Snowflake, Teradata.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and perform proof of concept (POC) activities.
• Continuously learn and master new technologies.

In this role, you will actively participate with your development team on initiatives that support Evernorth's strategic goals as well as subject matter experts to understand business logic you will be engineering. As a software engineer, you will help develop an integrated architectural strategy to support next-generation capabilities on an enterprise-wide scale. You will work in an agile environment, delivering user-oriented products.
