Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven track record of leading software projects or mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiar with AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches or technologies and effectively communicate findings to the team.
• Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Candidate must have good hands-on experience in java, Spring boot, Python, React JS, REST, Mongo DB and AI/ML
• Act as a technical lead, guiding the team through complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with architectural and business goals
• Conduct functional and technical spikes to evaluate new approaches or technologies and effectively communicate findings to the team
• Operate as an individual contributor, actively participating in the design, development, and deployment of application features

Provide support and mentorship to team members, helping them resolve blockers and grow their technical skills
