Job Description & Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership, vision, and design direction for the quality and development of the US Medical and Health Services Technology teams based at the Hyderabad Innovation Hub (HIH).
2. Coordinate closely with leaders and teams in the United States, including contractors, to deliver products and capabilities supporting Cigna's business lines.
3. Lead and ensure objectives related to design, configuration, implementation, application development, and quality engineering are met within supported technologies and products.
4. Hands-on leadership with experience managing agile teams of talented technology professionals developing large solutions and internal applications, working closely with developers, quality engineers, project managers, and stakeholders.
5. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages diverse views, coaching, and mentoring to thrive in a dynamic workplace.
6. Innovate and incubate emerging technologies and open-source products.
7. Build resilient, scalable platforms focusing on strategic vision, technology roadmap, and MVP/iterative development.
8. Drive decision-making to meet project timelines while balancing strategic goals.
9. Align engineering solutions with technology strategy and support application requirements.
