About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer with 5–8 years of expertise in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, user‑centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, high‑performance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools and agentic technologies to improve development productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure application compatibility across various platforms, browsers, and devices.
• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and debug front‑end issues effectively.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front‑end development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in front‑end development, with expertise in Angular (v16+ preferred).
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.
• Proficiency in AI‑based development, with hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM‑based development tools.
• Understanding of AI agents and agentic development, with the ability to build and integrate agents capable of using tools, APIs, and executing multi‑step workflows.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front‑end with backend services.
• Proficient in version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front‑end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, etc.).
• Familiarity with Webpack or similar build tools.
• Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
• Experience building AI agents or agentic applications that integrate with existing web applications and backend services.
• Good to have experience with Selenium or similar automation tools for end‑to‑end testing.

Location: Bengaluru Location Type: HYBRID Job Type: Full‑Time This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in‑office workdays.
