Job summary

Careernet in Bengaluru is seeking a senior UX professional with 7–12 years of experience to lead user experience design across products. You will conduct UX research, translate findings into practical designs, and drive accessibility and usability.

You will create wireframes, flows, prototypes in Figma, contribute to design systems, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver cohesive user experiences across journeys.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in UX, UX Research, and UX Design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for interaction design and prototyping.
