Job summary

Sharp Brains is hiring a UI/UX designer to craft intuitive, scalable interfaces for web and mobile apps. You will translate business requirements into elegant UI concepts, build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and help develop and maintain design systems and components.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, accessibility compliance, and collaboration with analysts, architects, and developers to ensure consistency across platforms and products.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in User Interface Design and UX/UI Design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-complexity enterprise projects.
