Job summary

Veeva in Hyderabad is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Automation Engineering team building cloud-based Vault applications.

You’ll work with CI/CD, API and UI automation, and collaborate across development teams to deliver reliable releases for vault customers.

Required 2+ years in test automation with Java, Selenium, RestAssured, and Cucumber; experience in Agile/Scrum and healthcare domain is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Strong experience in Java and object‑oriented methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience in API testing using Java and RestAssured.
• Experience in Selenium UI automation.
• Excellent team collaboration and effective communication skills.
• Experience working in the life sciences and healthcare industry.
• Participation in code hackathons and other open‑source community activities.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and prompt engineering.
• Experience mentoring junior team members to help resolve technical issues.
• Experience in Cucumber framework.

You’ll work in the Automation Engineering team, which utilizes modern technologies and best practices to deliver seamless releases to all our Vault customers.

Vault is a proven, cloud‑based development platform to manage documents and related data while automating tasks and processes across the organization. Vault applications are purpose‑built using the platform to provide a single source of truth with complete visibility and increased compliance on a single cloud platform.
