Job summary

Uplers Solutions Private Limited. in India seeks an AdTech Engineering Leader to build and scale core advertising technology across DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, and retail media platforms. This is a hands‑on, senior role with production ownership in a remote, full‑time capacity.

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems with relevant metrics (QPS, impressions, advertiser volume, ad spend).
• Proven system design, architecture, development, and scaling production systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands‑on engineering professional with experience building and scaling core advertising technology systems across ad platforms, DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, or retail media platforms.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AdTech.
• Core AdTech Expertise: Hands‑on experience building at least one of the following: campaign management, bidding engines, auctions, ad servers, targeting, budget pacing, or ads reporting.
• Ad Metrics: Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, eCPM, and ROAS in a product or system context.
