The SRE team works together to drive continuous improvement in capacity and performance. AI Ops & Engineering team enables innovation and builds enterprise‑wide platforms to support reliability.

• Implements tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), receiving structure and oversight from more experienced staff
• Follows well‑established internal conventions and standard procedures

Your day to day

In your day‑to‑day role, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and platforms for Site Reliability use cases using Java. Build and deploy production‑grade applications and RESTful APIs that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, infrastructure, and SRE teams to translate reliability pain points into effective engineering solutions. Contribute to system design and architecture decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Write clean, well‑tested code, participate in code reviews, and follow engineering best practices. Share knowledge within the team. Where relevant, explore opportunities to apply AI/GenAI to improve automation and engineering workflows.

What do you need to bring

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable software Experience with front‑end technologies such as React.js or Node.js. Strong Java coding skills, with hands‑on experience building scalable applications and services. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms. Solid understanding of system design principles and experience with large‑scale, fault‑tolerant distributed systems. Experience working in Agile, fast‑paced environments, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. Nice to have Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, or RAG. Familiarity with tools like Python, LangChain, or LLM APIs.
