As a Software Engineer (SDE I) – Backend (C++), you will begin your career by building real production backend systems as part of the FLX ONE Cargo (F1C) engineering team.

This role focuses on developing strong fundamentals in C++ programming, system-level thinking, and backend development through hands‑on coding.

You will work closely with Senior Engineers and Tech Leads, contributing to backend services while learning best practices in performance, reliability, and production engineering.

Hands‑On Development

• Implement backend services and components using C++.
• Contribute to system‑level functionality under guidance from senior engineers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production‑ready code following established patterns.

Feature Contribution

• Deliver well‑scoped features or components from implementation through testing.
• Fix bugs and improve existing functionality with attention to quality and correctness.

• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to improve code quality.
