What We're Looking For

• Have strong relevant experience in the domain with of professional experience building and shipping production software.
• Production experience in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, with proficiency in a second language.
• Hands-on experience across the stack, including backend services, modern front-end frameworks, databases, and cloud deployment.
• Ability to onboard onto an unfamiliar codebase and deliver working code quickly with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly.
