Job summary

HARMAN International is seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years’ experience to build scalable backend services and modern front-end interfaces. You will develop REST APIs, work with ReactJS or VueJS, and collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust software.

Responsibilities include implementing microservices, optimizing performance, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Python-based software development.
• Experience with Python frameworks Django/Flask/FastAPI.
• Hands-on with ReactJS or VueJS and modern front-end tech.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML5/CSS3 and REST APIs.
• Relational and NoSQL databases, Git, and Agile workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Python Full Stack Developer with 3–6 years of experience in backend development using Python and frontend development using ReactJS or VueJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, developing REST APIs, and creating modern, responsive user interfaces.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and enterprise applications.

• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using ReactJS or VueJS.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and databases.

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment activities.

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical solution design.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 3–6 years of experience in software development using Python.

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS or VueJS.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Good understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

• Experience with Git and version control practices.

• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as PyTest, Jest, or Cypress.

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or automotive software development projects.

What Makes You Eligible
