Job summary

Industrial Scientific is looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to join their development team in Bengaluru, India. The candidate will design, develop, and maintain APIs and UIs while ensuring scalable and reliable cloud solutions using Next.js and .NET C#.

This role requires 6+ years of full-stack development experience, proficiency in AWS services, and knowledge of SRE and DevOps practices.

Job description

Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer needed to join our development team. Candidates will design, develop, and maintain APIs and UIs using Next.js and .NET C# while ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain UIs and APIs using Next.js and C#.
• Implement and maintain data access layers with Entity Framework.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Debug and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and product managers to design scalable systems.
• Implement and manage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) and apply SRE principles to enhance reliability.
• Automate operations using DevOps practices, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud applications.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and cloud resource utilization.
• Collaborate with CloudOps teams for optimal infrastructure management and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience with full‑stack expertise in Next.js and .NET C#.
• Extensive experience with AWS services and solutions.
• Solid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and proactive incident management.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer.
• Experience in CloudOps practices and cloud cost management.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
